Job Title: IT Functional Support Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled IT Functional Support Engineer who will be responsible for providing day-to-day functional support, configuration, and troubleshooting across ERP modules such as Sales, Purchase, and HRMS. The role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and a solid understanding of business processes to improve system efficiency and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide daily functional support for ERP, Sales, Purchase, and HRMS modules.

· Analyze, diagnose, and resolve user queries to ensure seamless system operations.

· Understand business requirements, document workflows, and translate them into system configurations.

· Collaborate with IT development teams and external vendors for system enhancements, functional changes, and integration support.

· Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and integrated platforms.

· Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and workflow optimization.

· Assist in modernizing internal IT systems to enhance productivity across departments.

· Create user manuals, FAQs, and conduct end-user training for smooth system adoption.

· Work on Linux Ubuntu OS for configuration and support activities.

· Proficiency in System Operations and good understanding of Web Technologies (HTML, APIs, Web Apps).

· Knowledge of Oracle D2K (Forms & Reports) will be an added advantage.

· Strong understanding of business processes in Sales, Purchase & HR domains.

· Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong analytical and documentation skills.

· Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and manage multiple priorities.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.

Qualification

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Working Conditions

· Office-based role | Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

· May require visits to plant locations and other Real Group units as per requirement.
