Tally Administrator Responsibilities
Support & Operations
1. Provide support for Tally calls and resolve queries related to:
o Accounts Department
o Inventory Department
2. Tally installation on:
o Server
o Client PCs
3. Manage and maintain the Tally Server.
4. Create new companies in Tally.
5. Create and manage user usernames and passwords for all Tally companies.
6. Migration from old Tally versions to new versions.
7. Create and manage Tally voucher type rules for users.
8. Implement Tally TCP on both server and client PCs.
9. Break/reset Tally admin password if forgotten.
10. Create security roles for all Tally users.
11. Update Tally packages and new features on both server and client.
12. Provide support on Tally client PCs.
13. Resolve Tally errors.
14. Configure TCP files on all client PCs.
15. Tally rewrite solutions where required.
