Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dependable IT Support Executive to provide technical support and ensure smooth IT operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate will handle hardware/software issues, network troubleshooting, and support employees with daily technical needs in a fast-paced logistics environment. This role is based at our Sector 75, Mohali office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support for desktop, laptop, printer, and network-related issues.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware problems across the company’s systems.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, especially during shift transitions.
• Support logistics/dispatch teams with any IT-related issues during night operations.
• Install, configure, and update software and operating systems.
• Maintain system backups, antivirus updates, and IT documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs, upgrades, or outsourced IT services.
• Report and escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff or management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, basic networking, and hardware.
• Familiarity with freight/logistics software is a plus.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently during night hours.
