Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our freight and logistics team based in Sector 75, Mohali. The ideal candidate will have experience in the transportation or logistics industry and a strong ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and grow our customer base. This role operates within a fixed morning shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the freight and logistics sector.
• Develop relationships with shippers, manufacturers, and businesses needing transportation services.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients through consistent communication and quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely deliveries.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and pricing models to prospective clients.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in freight, logistics, or transportation.
• Strong understanding of freight operations and industry dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• English is mandatory
