Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Executive / Manager Industry: Freight & Logistics Location: Sector 75, Mohali Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:30 PM – 2:00 AM Employment Type: Full-Time (Night Shift) Job Summary: We are hiring an experienced and detail-oriented HR Executive/Manager for our freight and logistics company located in Sector 75, Mohali . The candidate will be responsible for managing HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, attendance, compliance, and shift coordination—especially aligned with our night operations . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and is comfortable working during night hours. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for night shift roles (drivers, dispatchers, support staff, etc.). Maintain accurate employee records including attendance, leaves, and shift schedules. Manage onboarding and orientation for new hires on night shift. Address employee concerns and grievances related to night operations. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Support payroll input and monthly HR reporting. Coordinate employee engagement initiatives suited to night shift teams. Liaise with department heads to assess staffing needs and performance management. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in HR, preferably in logistics, transport, or night shift operations. Solid understanding of labor laws and HR compliance. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to work independently during night hours and handle emergency HR issues if needed. Proficient with MS Office and HR software/tools.
