Job Description

Mott MacDonald is looking for IT Specialist Endpoints to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain endpoint systems, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Implement and enforce security measures to protect against cyber threats and data breaches.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new technologies and solutions.
Provide technical support and training to end-users on new technologies and systems.
Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimization strategies.
Develop and maintain documentation of endpoint systems, procedures, and best practices.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of endpoint systems, including operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
Experience with endpoint security tools and technologies, such as antivirus software and firewalls.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with end-users and technical teams.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for endpoint management and security.
