Job Description

About Position:

We seek a highly experienced Python Architect to lead in building the next generation of payment solutions that integrate with leading third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal. You will help design and implement a scalable, AI-enhanced payment platform, working closely with Product, Architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that empower nonprofits to focus on their mission. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payment platforms, API integrations, AI/ML-driven fraud detection, and cloud-native architecture.

Experience: 14 to 18 Years
Job Type: Full Time Employment

What You'll Do:

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python, Django, Flask, and AIOHTTP.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs and asynchronous services using FastAPI.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers.
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
Implement unit and integration tests; support CI/CD pipelines.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Expertise You'll Bring:

Python Development Expert level.
Hands-on experience with Django, Flask, FastAPI, and aiohttp.
Strong knowledge of Linux, Front-end/Backend development, and React framework.
Proficiency in Pandas, Database design, and asynchronous programming.
Experience in designing scalable architecture and implementing best practices.
