Job Title: IT Senior Administrator – Multi-Cloud & Security Operations

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Senior Administrator to manage, secure, and optimize our multi-cloud infrastructure and on-premise systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cloud environments, security protocols, network management, and operating system administration across Windows and Linux platforms. This role will be responsible for ensuring system integrity, operational efficiency, and enforcing security policies while supporting developer environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Cloud Infrastructure Management: Manage and monitor multiple cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, or other), ensuring optimal performance, cost-efficiency, and security compliance.

Security & Access Controls: Implement and enforce security protocols, user access controls, and software installation restrictions to prevent unauthorized or unknown applications from being installed by developers.

System Administration (Windows/Linux): Support and maintain both Windows and Linux servers and workstations used by developers; ensure system stability and patch management.

Monitoring & Reporting: Generate regular reports including:
● Number of active MySQL connections● Number of active SFTP connections● Log analysis reports identifying anomalies or security concerns● Network usage and configuration reports

Network Management: Oversee VPN configurations, IP allocations, firewall rules, and connectivity between environments; ensure secure and reliable communication channels.

Configuration & Compliance: Manage OS and software installations, system configurations, and compliance with industry best practices and internal policies.

Incident Response & Troubleshooting: Respond to and resolve system outages, performance bottlenecks, and security incidents swiftly.

Required Skills & Experience:

● 5+ years of experience as a system administrator or similar role in IT operations.

● Strong expertise in managing cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, or others).

● Solid understanding of security best practices, access management, and software control policies.

● Experience managing Windows and Linux systems in development or enterprise environments.

● Ability to implement monitoring and reporting for databases, network traffic, and system health.

● Hands-on experience with VPNs, IP management, firewall configurations, and secure communications.

● Knowledge of OS installation, software deployment, and configuration management tools.

● Familiarity with scripting and automation (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python).

● Experience working with developers to ensure secure and compliant environments without impacting productivity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
