Design Engineer

Job Summary:

We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates (B.Tech – Civil, Architecture, or Planning) to join our design team as Design Engineers. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to start their career in the building design industry, focusing on roof and wall systems used in residential, commercial, and industrial construction.

The selected candidates will be trained and involved in designing, detailing, and developing layout drawings for roof and wall structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing technical drawings and layout designs for roofing and wall systems.
• Work with senior engineers and architects on project requirements and design specifications.

Required Qualifications:

• B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Planning (2023 or 2024 pass-out).
• Strong interest in structural or architectural design.
• Basic knowledge of construction materials and building components (especially roofs and walls).
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or any basic drafting software (training can be provided).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on technical responsibilities.

Learn and use CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) to create accurate and detailed designs.

• Participate in project planning, drafting BOQs, and reviewing structural/architectural details.
• Support cross-functional teams in design coordination and documentation.
• Ensure all designs meet safety standards, design codes, and project guidelines.
• Attend training sessions to improve technical and design skills.

Preferred Candidate:

• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Candidates with academic projects or internships related to building design will have an advantage.
• Open to relocation (if required by the company).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
