Job Description

Role Overview: As a Technical Sales Representative, your main responsibility will be to drive sales by understanding customer needs, providing technical solutions, and building strong client relationships. You are expected to leverage your technical expertise, sales acumen, and excellent communication skills to excel in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions. - Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations. - Generate leads, upsell/cross-sell, and achieve sales targets. - Provide technical guidance and resolve customer inquiries. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or Business (preferred). - Experience in technical/B2B sales is a plus. - Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to simplify technical concepts for clients. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. (Note: The job is a full-time, permanent position with a fixed night shift schedule, and the work location is in person.),
