Selling and cross-selling brand products and services of Microsoft, HP, Dell, Lenovo etc. Responsible for effectively handling customer queries and providing exceptional customer service. Maintaining Consistent Productivity and consistently achieving assigned targets. Ability to handle clients professionally during all interfaces. Meet Call Quality requirements according to Call Monitoring Guidelines.
