We’re looking for passionate, performance-driven IT Sales Professionals (Executive & Manager level) to join our dynamic team. If you have a knack for selling IT services, SaaS products, or digital solutions—whether through online platforms or offline networking—this is a fantastic opportunity to take your career to the next level. Key Responsibilities (Common for Executive & Manager Roles) Identify and target potential clients through multiple channels including LinkedIn, freelance platforms, corporate websites, cold outreach, and more. Promote and sell a wide range of IT services such as: Software Development Mobile App & Web Development SaaS Solutions Cloud Services Digital Marketing & Branding Manage online sales initiatives via platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Understand client requirements, provide tailored solutions, and deliver compelling service pitches. Conduct client meetings (virtual or in-person), give demos, and drive the sales closure process. Coordinate with the technical team to ensure feasibility and accuracy in proposals. Maintain CRM records diligently and manage the full sales cycle effectively. Stay updated on emerging tech trends and competitor offerings to stay ahead in the game. Additional Responsibilities (Exclusive to Sales Manager Role) Lead, train, and mentor a team of IT Sales Executives. Develop and implement business development strategies to explore new markets and drive growth. Foster strong, long-lasting client relationships to enable repeat and referral business. Track KPIs, generate performance reports, and present insights to senior management. Collaborate with marketing teams for lead generation initiatives and campaign planning. Requirements: For IT Sales Executive: 1 year to 2 years of experience in IT, SaaS, or software product/service sales. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of B2B online sales channels and lead-gen tools. Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced tech environment. For IT Sales Manager: 3 to 6 years of experience in IT services or product sales. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing sales cycles. Experience leading teams and working in cross-functional environments. Strong analytical, forecasting, and strategic planning skills. Show more Show less
