Job Description:- We are looking for a motivated Business Development / Sales Intern who wants to build a long-term career in IT sales.- You will learn IT sales from industry experts, understand client needs, and support the sales process end-to-end.- The first 6 months will be a learning curve, helping you gain strong sales skills and industry knowledge. Responsibilities:- Lead generation through LinkedIn & online research- Assisting in client acquisition and pitching services- Building and maintaining client relationships- Supporting proposal & presentation preparation- Updating CRM and tracking sales activities- Market and competitor research Required Skills:- Good communication and interpersonal skills- Eagerness to learn and proactive attitude- Basic understanding of sales (preferred, not mandatory)- Strong organization and multitasking abilities Stipend & Salary:- Stipend: ₹7,000 – ₹10,000 per month (During 6-month internship)- Full-Time After Internship: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + incentives Benefits:- Learn IT sales directly from industry experts- Work closely with the founder- 5-day work week- Performance incentives- Career growth and potential full-time placement
