Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development/Growth Executive to join our expanding team at Zouston Tech. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with a strong focus on client acquisition, lead conversion, and global market engagement (US, Europe, and the Middle East). You will play a critical role in driving our business growth through staff augmentation services and IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and convert qualified leads for Salesforce consulting and implementation services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients across the US, Europe, and Middle East regions.
  • Set up and lead pre-sales discussions, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation to closure and client onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to align proposals with client requirements.
  • Promote staff augmentation and consulting services tailored to client needs.
  • Meet revenue targets and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales roles within IT services.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of direct experience in the Salesforce industry (Salesforce services, consulting, or staffing).
  • Proven track record of successful client acquisition and revenue generation in international markets (US, Europe, Middle East).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales pipeline management.
  • Experience in staff augmentation or resource outsourcing models is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
