Job Summary : We are seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development/Growth Executive to join our expanding team at Zouston Tech. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with a strong focus on client acquisition, lead conversion, and global market engagement (US, Europe, and the Middle East). You will play a critical role in driving our business growth through staff augmentation services and IT solutions. Key Responsibilities: Identify, engage, and convert qualified leads for Salesforce consulting and implementation services. Develop and maintain relationships with clients across the US, Europe, and Middle East regions. Set up and lead pre-sales discussions, presentations, and product/service demonstrations. Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation to closure and client onboarding. Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to align proposals with client requirements. Promote staff augmentation and consulting services tailored to client needs. Meet revenue targets and contribute to strategic growth initiatives. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales roles within IT services. Minimum 2-3 years of direct experience in the Salesforce industry (Salesforce services, consulting, or staffing). Proven track record of successful client acquisition and revenue generation in international markets (US, Europe, Middle East). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales pipeline management. Experience in staff augmentation or resource outsourcing models is a strong plus. Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
