About the Job

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling IT solutions, products, or services, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the business development and marketing teams to identify new opportunities and convert leads into long-term business partnerships.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT services and solutions domain.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, decision-makers, and partners.
  • Conduct presentations, demos, and discussions to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and pricing strategies.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management in CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and business meets when required.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven sales experience in IT solutions, SaaS, software, or related domains.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, services, and digital solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Prior experience in B2B IT sales or software product sales.
  • Familiarity with cloud solutions, cybersecurity, ERP, or enterprise software.
  • Network of existing corporate clients in relevant industries.

Pay: ₹11,344.75 - ₹35,619.99 per month
