Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT hardware and software solutions. Conduct field visits to prospective and existing clients to understand their requirements and present appropriate solutions. Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns. Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to identify potential growth opportunities. Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams for improvements or new product development. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for clients, highlighting key features and benefits of IT hardware and software. Educate clients on how the company’s products and services can enhance their business operations. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including pipeline updates, client interactions, and revenue forecasts. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and agreements in the CRM system. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in field sales, preferably in IT hardware and software products. Strong understanding of IT products, including hardware (e.g., servers, networking devices) and software (e.g., cloud solutions, ERP). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Willingness to travel extensively within the Western Mumbai region.
