Role Overview: As an IT Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team to achieve their targets by efficiently managing various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth sales operations. Your responsibilities will include coordinating sales activities, communicating with clients, and assisting in the development of proposals and quotations. To excel in this role, you must possess exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and a customer-centric mindset. Key Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including maintaining customer databases, preparing sales reports, and addressing inquiries from clients. - Interact with customers via phone and email to handle queries, provide product information, and assist in resolving issues or concerns. - Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and finalize sales proposals and quotations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer requirements. - Efficiently process sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate order entry, tracking, and fulfillment. Coordinate with other departments to meet customer delivery expectations. - Maintain organized records of sales contracts, agreements, and related documentation. Ensure all records are up-to-date and easily accessible. - Assist in managing inventory levels and stock availability, coordinating with inventory and logistics teams to meet customer demand. - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to provide valuable insights to the sales team. - Gather and relay customer feedback and suggestions to enhance products and services. - Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling to introduce IT solutions and services, identify decision-makers, and initiate meaningful conversations to assess their IT needs. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in sales support or a similar role is preferred. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. - Customer-centric mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service. - Familiarity with inventory management and order processing systems is a plus.
