Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive and ambitious Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and revenue growth in our IT services business. If you’re passionate about consultative selling, relationship building, and identifying digital transformation opportunities, this role gives you the chance to work closely with decision-makers across industries and contribute directly to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, cold calling, and networking.
  • Qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, and identify client challenges and digital needs.
  • Collaborate with the technical and design teams to create customized proposals, effort estimates, and pricing.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and demos that clearly communicate value propositions.
  • Drive the end-to-end sales cycle – from prospecting to negotiations and deal closures.
  • Maintain accurate lead and pipeline tracking in the CRM system (Zoho/HubSpot).
  • Support in client onboarding, vendor empanelment, and commercial formalities.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and client demands.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in IT sales / business development (web/app development, cloud, or digital services preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Experience in international client handling / remote sales will be an advantage.
  • Understanding of proposal creation, solution documentation, and negotiation.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation methods.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
