About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and dynamic HR IT Recruiter who can manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding high-quality candidates to support our growing client base. Key Responsibilities: Understand client requirements and prepare job descriptions accordingly. Source candidates from job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms. Conduct initial screening (technical and communication checks). Schedule interviews and coordinate with clients and candidates. Manage candidate pipeline and ensure timely closures. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS). Handle offer negotiations, follow-ups, and onboarding. Create and maintain a strong candidate database for future needs. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in IT recruitment (preferably from a consultancy background). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Experience sourcing for roles like Developers, QA, DevOps, etc. Familiar with job portals, Boolean searches, and LinkedIn sourcing. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Basic understanding of technical terms and IT stacks is a plus.
