About the Role

IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Source candidates through job portals (LinkedIn, Monster, etc.), social media, employee referrals, and networking.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability in terms of technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication and timely feedback.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines using ATS/HRMS tools.
• Negotiate salary and offers with candidates in alignment with company policies.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Provide market insights, talent mapping, and recruitment analytics to HR leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of

  hands-on IT recruitment experience

  (agency or corporate).
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and IT hiring trends.
• Familiarity with hiring across multiple IT domains (Cloud, DevOps, Data Science, ERP, Cybersecurity, etc.).
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRMS platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
