Job Description

As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates for US-based positions. You should ideally have 0-1 years of experience in US Recruitment, although freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must for this role. You must be willing to work night shifts and be open to cold calling, resume screening, and coordinating with US clients. Female candidates are offered free accommodation, while all night shift employees receive free dinner. The ideal candidate should be a Graduate/B.TECH/Masters (MBA in HR or MCA) with a preference for candidates with the mentioned qualifications. This is a full-time position with a work schedule from Monday to Friday during night shifts in the US time zone. Performance bonuses are also provided in addition to the base salary.
