Key Responsibilities:

Handle
end-to-end IT recruitment
for Jconnect clients.
Manage hiring for
both permanent and contract positions
.
Source and screen candidates for
SAP, Oracle, and other IT skill sets
.
Work extensively on job portals like
Naukri, LinkedIn,
etc.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess technical and communication skills.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates for ongoing and future requirements.
Provide regular status updates and ensure timely closures.
Maintain accurate recruitment reports and candidate databases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Mandatory experience in
IT recruitment
(Contract + Permanent hiring).
Strong hands-on experience in sourcing candidates for
SAP
and
Oracle
roles.
Good understanding of IT technologies and current market hiring trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously with tight deadlines.
Experience working with ATS tools is an added advantage.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
