Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates Knowledge of US culture and work authorizations (US Citizen, Green Card, TN, H1B, OPT / CPT, different EAD types). Basic understanding of Employment terms [W2, 1099, Corp-2-Corp]. Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures. Build a strong candidate relationship & credibility to leverage their trust for getting referrals. Negotiating wage rates and other terms of employment and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements. Business Development Executiv e :- Job Description Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills Identifying new sales leads Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers Qualifications: Both Graduates and Post Graduates are welcome. Talent Acquisition Executive (US IT Staffing) Location: Jalandhar, Punjab (Local Candidates Preferred) JD: • Conduct thorough screenings to assess candidate's technical skills, qualifications, document checks, and other pre-employment verifications as needed to fit specific roles. • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using ATS for current and future job openings. • Collaborate with BDMs/ Account Managers to understand client requirements and staffing needs. • Present qualified candidates to BDMs/Account Managers, facilitate interviews and gather feedback to ensure alignment between candidates and job requirements. • Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. • Proactively communicate with BDMs/ Account Managers to provide updates on candidate pipelines. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job intake to candidate placement. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's Degree. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
