Job Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment for
Contract-to-Hire (C2H) Positions
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates with strong expertise in
Technical Skills
and
Oracle technologies (Oracle Apps, Oracle Cloud, DBA, EBS, etc.)
and
SAP modules (SAP SD, MM, ABAP, FICO, HCM, etc.)
.
Conduct technical screening to assess candidate suitability based on project requirements.
Coordinate interview scheduling, follow-ups, and feedback between candidates and hiring managers.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent through job portals, social networks, referrals, and internal databases.
Negotiate compensation, manage offer rollouts, and support onboarding processes.
Collaborate closely with delivery teams and stakeholders to understand job requirements and ensure timely closures.
Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and compliance documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

36 years of hands-on experience in
IT recruitment
, specifically in
Oracle or SAP hiring.
.
Strong understanding of
C2H hiring models
, vendor management, and contract staffing processes.
Excellent sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience handling multiple requisitions and closing positions within defined SLAs.
