Hiring: Senior Recruiter (India & US Hiring) Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, negotiation & onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and close roles quickly. Source talent through job portals, LinkedIn, social media & referrals. Conduct initial assessments and coordinate interviews. Maintain strong pipelines for IT, engineering, support & corporate roles. Track recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join, pipeline health). Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience. Requirements Bachelors degree + 2–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Experience hiring for both India and US-based roles. Strong knowledge of sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, ATS tools). Excellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder management.
