Job Description

Role & Responsibilities IT Recruiter

End-to-end recruitment for
Contract-to-Hire (C2H)

IT positions
across various technologies.
Source candidates through
job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.), LinkedIn, social media
, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct
initial telephonic interviews
to assess candidates' technical fit and availability.
Coordinate
interviews with clients
and manage scheduling, feedback, and follow-ups.
Handle
salary negotiations
and ensure smooth
onboarding
of selected candidates.
Maintain a strong database of potential C2H resources for future requirements.
Build and maintain relationships with both
clients and candidates
.
Ensure
quick turnaround times (TATs)
and meet
hiring targets and deadlines
.
Keep track of market trends in IT skills and compensation to better source and place candidates.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Proven experience 1- 3 Years as an
IT recruiter
, with strong exposure to
C2H hiring
.
Good understanding of
IT technologies
and hiring for roles like Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, etc.
Familiarity with
job portals
,
ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
, and sourcing strategies.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced
, target-driven environment.
Experience working with
consulting firms or staffing agencies
is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in HR, IT, or Business Administration).
