As an IT Recruiter at Ssquad Global, you will play a crucial role in identifying top tech talent and driving the full-life cycle recruiting process. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full-life cycle recruiting process, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates. - Utilize your technical recruiting skills to attract and identify top IT professionals for various roles within the organization. - Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to fulfill current and future hiring needs effectively. - Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide them with qualified candidates. - Implement best practices in recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms to streamline the hiring process. - Build and nurture relationships with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders. - Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in IT recruitment to remain competitive in the industry. - Demonstrate exceptional client management skills to ensure satisfaction and trust among all parties involved. Qualifications: - Minimum of 0-1 years of experience in IT recruitment and full-life cycle recruiting. - Demonstrated success in hiring and technical recruiting. - Strong understanding of recruitment processes, best practices, and industry trends. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with candidates and hiring managers. - Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. You will be working full-time, permanently from Monday to Friday at our Bengaluru, Karnataka office. Language proficiency in English is required for this role.
