As an IT Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth and success. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
  • Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and assist in the selection process.
  • Prepare and present job offers to selected candidates.
  • Participate in job fairs and career events to promote the company and attract talent.
  • Maintain candidate databases and keep track of recruitment metrics.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, video, in-person).
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
