Job Description


Core Responsibilities:

. Requirement Gathering & Workforce Planning

  • Collaborate with business leaders/hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
  • Forecast future talent needs based on business goals.
  • Define job descriptions, skill requirements, and hiring criteria

2. Sourcing Candidates

  • Create and implement sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates.
  • Use job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.), social media, and internal databases.
  • Leverage Boolean searches, referrals, and networking

3. Screening & Shortlisting

  • Conduct resume screening to match profiles with job requirements.
  • Pre-screen candidates via calls or video to evaluate communication, technical, and cultural fit.
  • Present qualified profiles to the hiring managers.

4. Interview Coordination

  • Schedule interviews with panels and candidates.
  • Communicate interview feedback to candidates and stakeholders.
  • Manage rescheduling, follow-ups, and next steps

5. Offer Management

  • Assist with salary negotiations and benefits discussions.
  • Ensure timely offer rollouts and acceptance.
  • Maintain communication to reduce dropouts or ghosting.

6. Onboarding Support

  • Coordinate with HR and IT teams for onboarding formalities.
  • Ensure smooth candidate transition from offer to joining.
  • Track and minimize offer drop-off ratio.

7. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all hiring practices are compliant with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Handle background verification and documentation checks.

8. Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate regular reports on hiring status, metrics (e.g., TAT, quality of hire, source of hire).
  • Present hiring dashboards and recruitment analytics to clients or internal leadership.

9. Employer Branding (Optional but Valuable)

  • Help promote the clients brand via social media, job fairs, and campaigns.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

10. Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Build strong relationships with internal hiring managers and HR teams.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors or staffing partners if needed.
