About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiter to manage and execute our talent acquisition strategies for corporate IT positions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in bulk hiring across various IT domains, with a strong preference for individuals with experience in product engineering hiring. You will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top talent for positions ranging from Senior Developers to Architects.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the end-to-end recruitment process for corporate IT positions, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers.

  • Specialize in bulk hiring for roles in areas such as:
  • C++
  • QT
  • C++ Storage
  • Windows Kernel Development
  • Embedded Development & Testing
  • Python Development & Automation
  • DevOps
  • Golang
  • AI/ML roles
  • Storage QA &
  • Cloud technologies
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Manage candidate interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations.
  • Use ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to manage and report on recruitment metrics.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-7 years of recruitment experience in corporate IT hiring.

  • Bulk hiring experience is a must, with proven success in managing high-volume recruitment.
  • Experience in hiring across various roles, including but not limited to:
  • C++, Embedded Dev, Python, DevOps, Golang, Cloud, AI, etc.
  • Product engineering background hiring experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of technical job requirements and the ability to assess candidate fit for roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience recruiting for product engineering companies.

  • Familiarity with modern recruitment tools and strategies.
