Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing:

    Utilize various channels like job boards, professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow), social media, and industry events to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Screening & Engagement:

    Conduct pre-screening calls and interviews to evaluate technical abilities, soft skills, and cultural alignment with the company.
  • Hiring Manager Collaboration:

    Work closely with hiring managers and technical teams to understand complex job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Recruitment Process Management:

    Manage the entire recruitment process, including crafting detailed job descriptions, coordinating interviews, providing feedback, and extending job offers.
  • Candidate Experience:

    Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process to build and maintain the company's brand as a desirable employer.
  • Pipeline Development:

    Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future IT roles.
  • Market Intelligence:

    Stay updated on the latest technology trends, new tools, and recruitment strategies to stay competitive in the IT market.
  • Reporting & Analytics:

    Track recruitment metrics, report on progress, and provide data to improve hiring processes and strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical Acumen:

    Ability to understand technical jargon and the nuances of IT roles to effectively assess candidates.
  • Sourcing Expertise:

    Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, and familiarity with professional networking platforms.
