Job Description: You will be responsible for handling the end to end process of recruitment with multiple clients along with a team of people. Some of the key activities that you will be doing are: Draw search plans for client requisitions to build a candidate pipelines Build and strengthen client relationships to be able to streamline and improve service delivery Manage candidate pool effectively to increase utility rate across multiple customers Build market intelligence on specific industry verticals to assist sourcing and client advisory activities Manage a team of consultants to ensure on-time deliverables and customer delight Ensure overall productivity and efficiency within the team Engage Sr. candidates for strategically positioning job opportunities and client organizations Build and strengthen candidate relationships to be able to network and headhunt passive job seekers Take ownership for the end-to-end recruitment life cycle Interested candidates can send their resume to madhusmita.panditroy@careernet.in including their basic details.( Current company name, CTC, ECTC, NP)
