We are seeking an experienced IT recruiter to join our HR team. The IT recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top IT talent to meet the company's information technology needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and trends, as well as a proven track record of successfully recruiting IT professionals. The IT recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top IT talent.Responsibilities:
1. Source and recruit top IT talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.2. Screen and interview candidates to assess their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.5. Negotiate job offers and manage the offer process from start to finish.6. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and develop job descriptions.7. Stay current on IT industry trends, technologies, and best practices to effectively identify and attract top IT talent.8. Track and report key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.Qualifications:
1. Any Bachelor's Degree who are passionate about HR Domain.. 2. Proven experience as an IT recruiter or in a similar role minimum of 3 years, with a strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.5. Strong organizational and time management skills.6.
