Job Description

Key Responsibilities :Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

Manage
end-to-end recruitment
lifecycle for mid to senior-level roles across BDM, Presales, Delivery, Cloud, Enterprise Solutions, and IT requirment handling.
Develop and implement
sourcing strategies
using job portals, consultants, social media, referrals, headhunting, and campus hiring.
Conduct candidate screening, interviews, salary negotiations, offer rollout, and onboarding coordination.
Handle recruitment across
domestic markets
including remote Pan India location(including Gujarat,Chattisgarh,Maharshtra,Goa )

HR Operations & Business Partnering:

Lead HR operations including
background verification, onboarding documentation, induction, confirmations, transfers, appraisals, and exit formalities
.
Act as
Business HR
partner, addressing employee grievances, conducting HR connect sessions, and driving engagement initiatives.
Create and implement
HR policies and incentive structures
aligned with business goals.
Work with cross-functional stakeholders to define and meet
KRAs/KPIs
for teams.

Process Optimization:

Design formats for
Annual Performance Appraisals
, backend rewards, and incentive plans.
Improve recruitment tracking using
position trackers, databases, and dashboards
.
Introduce tech-enabled solutions such as
online background verification
to enhance efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:

810 years of progressive experience in
Talent Acquisition and HR Operations
.
Proven track record of
leadership hiring
, especially in technology, telecom, and enterprise verticals.
Strong experience in
stakeholder and vendor management
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in tools like
ATS, MS Excel, job portals, and HRIS platforms
