Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Recruiter located in Ghaziabad. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing candidates for IT positions. Daily tasks include developing and implementing recruitment strategies, posting job advertisements, conducting phone and in-person interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to understand job requirements. The IT Recruiter will also manage the candidate pipeline and ensure an efficient and effective hiring process.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing candidates for IT positions
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices
• Must have prior experience in Subcon Hiring
• Ability to post job advertisements and screen resumes
• Proficient in conducting phone and in-person interviews
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in any related field
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
