Key Responsibilities: Perform routine and advanced servicing on absorption chillers and related systems. Deliver high-quality service and achieve defined targets for service activity and customer satisfaction. Promote energy-saving services, EMC contracts, AMCs, and spare parts sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with users; monitor operational conditions of chillers. Prepare professional service reports and proposals; communicate effectively with clients. Conduct technical training for users; organize CPD and user summits. Collect and analyze user system data for ongoing improvement. Ensure adherence to standard machine room build-up and service practices. Skills & Experience Required: Experience: 2–3 years of field experience preferred in: Absorption chiller/refrigeration industry (1st priority) HVAC, heavy industrial equipment, or 3rd party service firms (2nd priority) Technical Skills: Strong understanding of electrical systems and troubleshooting. Familiarity with mechanical and electrical components of chillers. Experience operating and maintaining PLC control systems. Soft Skills: Excellent English communication (verbal and written) Professional email writing and proposal drafting skills. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Automation majors preferred) or equivalent. The ideal candidate must have sound knowledge of machinery spare parts, stock handling, and the inward-outward process. Industry: Digital Textile Printing / Machinery / Manufacturing Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day store operations, including inward and outward of materials. Maintain accurate stock records of all machinery parts and consumables. Ensure proper labeling, storage, and issuing of materials. Coordinate with the purchase and service team for stock requirements and timely dispatch. Handle GRN (Goods Receipt Note), invoices, and material inward entries in the system. Conduct regular physical stock audits and report discrepancies. Maintain minimum and maximum inventory levels. Keep track of fast-moving and slow-moving parts. Ensure timely dispatch of parts to service or customer locations. Graduate or Diploma holder (preferred in logistics/store management or technical field). 3 to 5 years of experience in store management, preferably in the machinery or printing industry.
