We are seeking an experienced HR Executive with 2–5 years of expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, the ability to handle end-to-end HR functions, and a proactive approach to managing workplace requirements.

Experience Required: 2 to 5 years in HR roles

Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding)Maintain employee records and update HR databasesHandle payroll coordination and attendance managementEnsure compliance with company policies and legal requirementsOrganize employee engagement and training programsManage exit formalities and maintain attrition reportsSupport management in strategic HR planning
