Role & responsibilities Sourcing and Screening: Identifying and attracting qualified candidates for IT roles through various channels and screening applications to identify the most suitable candidates. Technical Expertise: Understanding the technical requirements of IT roles and ensuring that candidates possess the necessary skills and experience. Candidate Engagement: Engaging with candidates throughout the recruitment process, coordinating interviews, and negotiating job offers. Managing the Recruitment Cycle: Overseeing the entire recruitment process, from initial screening to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and the company. Staying Updated: Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to better understand the needs of IT professionals and stay ahead of the curve. Using Technology: Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other digital tools to manage the recruitment process efficiently and effectively. Preferred candidate profile 1 to 3 years of IT recruitment experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Immediate Joiner
