The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment, with the ability to identify and attract top talent in the technology sector. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and managing the full recruitment cycle.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent.
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates technical skills and cultural fit.
Maintain and update candidate databases to track potential hires.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment support.
Negotiate job offers and assist in onboarding new employees.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.

Skills and Qualifications

4-10 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field.
Strong understanding of technical roles and skills in the IT industry.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong networking skills and a proactive approach to sourcing candidates.
