Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet client requirements.
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Provide regular updates on candidate progress throughout the recruitment cycle.
Ensure timely communication with both clients and candidates regarding interview schedules, offer extensions, or rejection notifications.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in IT staffing or technical recruitment.
Strong understanding of C2H (Contract-to-Hire) and Contractual Staffing models.
Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with clients and candidates.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
