Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet client requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Provide regular updates on candidate progress throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Ensure timely communication with both clients and candidates regarding interview schedules, offer extensions, or rejection notifications.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in IT staffing or technical recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of C2H (Contract-to-Hire) and Contractual Staffing models.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with clients and candidates.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
