We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT recruitment and a passion for connecting top talent with exciting career opportunities. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various IT positions.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for IT roles
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Utilize various recruiting platforms and social media for outreach
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong negotiation skills
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
