Job Description

Infotel India is seeking talented IT Project Managers to join our new team in Mumbai. In this pivotal role, you will oversee various IT projects within the organisation, ensuring that they are executed efficiently and align with our strategic goals. This is a great chance to contribute to innovative projects and work with a diverse team of professionals in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete project lifecycle, including planning, execution, delivery, and closure.
Develop project plans that outline scope, timelines, costs, and resources needed.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved and to resolve any issues.
Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, presenting updates on progress and addressing any concerns.
Identify project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
Utilize project management tools to track progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Enhance team collaboration and foster a positive project environment.

Bachelors degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT sector.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
