IT Project Coordinator

As a Technical Project Coordinator at our company, you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between clients, internal technical teams, and leadership. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities across multiple technical streams. - Coordinating with developers, designers, QA, and business teams to ensure timely delivery of quality deliverables. - Tracking project progress, identifying risks, and escalating issues when necessary. - Ensuring smooth execution of technical projects from requirement gathering to deployment. You will also be responsible for: - Liaising with clients to gather requirements, document needs, and provide regular updates. - Serving as the main point of contact for assigned projects, ensuring alignment between client expectations and internal execution. - Creating and maintaining project documentation, meeting notes, progress trackers, and handover guides. - Supporting compliance, data security, and quality processes. To be successful in this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - 2-4 years of experience in project coordination/management in a technical or IT-enabled services environment. - Familiarity with project management tools (Zoho Projects, Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.). - Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies. - Strong documentation, reporting, and analytical skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
