Role Description We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and Agile-driven Project Coordinator / Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. You'll play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of projects by facilitating team collaboration, aligning efforts with business goals, and driving continuous improvement. Responsibilities : Coordinate and track project activities, timelines, and deliverables across multiple teams. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies. Collaborate closely with developers, designers, QA specialists, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and updates. Identify and address risks and roadblocks early by working with relevant teams to develop timely solutions. Ensure all team members are clear on their responsibilities, deadlines, and project goals. Communicate project status effectively to internal teams, clients, and leadership. Requirements : 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong leadership and interpersonal abilities. Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar project management platforms.
