Position: Project Coordinator Experience: 2-3yrs Location: Malad - Mumbai [Client office] Requirement Educational background: Preferably in the fields of BBA / MBA Preferably graduates from the IT background (BE/B Tech/ BCA) Understanding of software development and web technologies, tools like JIRA and confluence. Good client-facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Added advantage - prior experience in the banking domain. Responsibilities Coordinate with internal resources for application integration discussions. Ensuring efficient resolution of technical issues for our banking clients, with a specific emphasis on Multi-Factor Authentication integration efforts. Diligent Follow-up with multiple stakeholders (internal and customers) Maintaining project artifacts (JIRA dashboards) and ensuring deliverables are delivered on time. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation using Confluence pages about the integration details with the help of technical teams. Ensure integration calls are scheduled with the technical teams and integrating applications Develop a detailed customization plan to track the progress of integrating applications until Go-Live.
