Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. Manage cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and designers. Ensure effective communication between stakeholders and team members. Monitor project progress and handle issues, risks, and roadblocks proactively. Conduct regular project meetings and provide timely status updates to stakeholders. Ensure quality assurance and compliance with company standards. Manage project budgets, timelines, and performance KPIs. Coordinate deployment, support, and post-implementation reviews. ✅ Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Proven experience (3–7 years) in project management within the IT/software industry. Hands-on experience with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana. Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. PMP or PRINCE2 certification (preferred but not mandatory).
