Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and completion of technology-related projects. The ideal candidate will assist project managers in coordinating schedules, resources, equipment, and information, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with project requirements. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and maintenance of detailed project schedules and plans. Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise. Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings. Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings. Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings. Ensure project deadlines are met. Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Provide administrative support as needed. Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports. Communicate project updates to relevant stakeholders. Support the IT team in day-to-day project-related activities. Requirements and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in IT. Strong understanding of project management principles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools like MS Project is a plus. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Work Environment: Fast-paced work environment with remote collaboration. May involve occasional travel to client or vendor sites depending on project requirements.
