Job Description

Job Title: Backend Support Executive Language Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi , English

Experience- 6month- 1yrs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer queries via WhatsApp using the Zeapl Panel.
  • Ensure ticket resolution by closing or forwarding them appropriately on the panel.
  • Occasionally handle customer issues via calls and emails.

Language Requirements:

  • English & Hindi
  • South Indian Languages (Any One & Two):
  • Kannada (1 resource)
  • Malayalam (1 resource)

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in the respective language, Language Malayalam, Hindi, English, Kannada, (written and verbal).
  • Experience in customer support or backend operations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, WhatsApp business tools, and email handling.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
