Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with deep expertise in ServiceNow to lead, optimize, and scale our IT operations. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and a strategic mindset to ensure operational excellence across the ServiceNow platform. This role requires overseeing daily operations, leading cross-functional teams, managing ITIL processes, and ensuring smooth delivery of enhancements and platform improvements.

Your tasks

Overseeing daily IT operations focused on ServiceNow platform performance, availability, and optimization
Leading and mentoring teams responsible for ServiceNow administration, development, and support
Ensuring ServiceNow solutions align with business needs and industry best practices
Managing incident, problem, change, and request processes for operational efficiency
Collaborating with stakeholders to design workflows and deliver platform enhancements
Monitoring KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics to drive improvements
Promoting standardization, automation, and optimization across IT operations
Coordinating platform upgrades, module implementations, and integrations
Ensuring compliance with security, governance, and audit requirements

Requirements

At least 10 years of IT experience, including operational leadership roles
Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow (admin/config/modules)
Strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM frameworks
Proven ability to manage large-scale IT operations in enterprise environments
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to convert business needs into effective ServiceNow configurations
ServiceNow certifications (System Administrator, ITSM, CSM, ITOM)
Experience with ServiceNow automation, orchestration, and integrations
Background in digital transformation initiatives
Very good command of English
